Cookies
COMMON uses only what is strictly necessary: to keep you signed in and, if you subscribe to COMMON Plus, to process the payment safely. There are no analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party cookies, and nothing tracks you across sites. Because of that the law doesn't require a consent banner, so we don't show one.
| Name | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sb-xqoifzgtmqgkjqtyvipe-auth-token (may be split into .0, .1) | Keeps you signed in. Set only when you log in. | Until you log out |
sb-xqoifzgtmqgkjqtyvipe-auth-token-code-verifier | Protects the email link flows (sign-up confirmation, password reset). | A few minutes |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Set by Stripe, our payment processor, only when you open the payment form for COMMON Plus. Used to prevent fraud. See Stripe's cookie policy. | Up to 1 year / 30 minutes |
We also store your light or dark mode choice in your browser's local storage under common-theme. It never leaves your device.
If we ever add anything that isn't strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first, with an equally prominent option to refuse.
